NursMind™ LLC, whose registered legal entity name is NursMind LLC (“NursMind,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates NursMind ABT, nursmind.org, our educational application, related services, and our physical-merchandise storefront.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and otherwise process personal information.

Starting NursExperience does not authorize a charge and does not enroll you in marketing communications.
If you want paid access after the trial, you must affirmatively select and purchase a paid plan.

Creating an account, beginning NursExperience, purchasing a Subscription, purchasing Merchandise, contacting support, or providing billing or shipping information does not constitute newsletter consent.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe mechanism. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel an account, Subscription, order, or other relationship with NursMind. Necessary account, security, verification, billing, transaction, order, support, or legal communications may still be sent where appropriate.
Our newsletter form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate users from automated or abusive activity.
Security and anti-abuse services may process technical information such as browser, device, network, request, and interaction information as necessary to provide their security functions.
We may also collect or process IP addresses, browser and device information, operating-system information, authentication and session information, server logs, error information, and other security-related information reasonably necessary to operate and protect the Services.
NursMind includes AI-powered educational functionality.
AI features may process prompts, generated responses, selected study materials, relevant conversation context, and associated usage information as necessary to provide the requested functionality.
AI-generated information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsupported. Users should independently verify important educational information.
Do not submit patient records, patient-identifying information, or confidential information that you are not authorized to process.
We may disclose personal information to service providers and other authorized recipients as reasonably necessary to operate NursMind, including providers supporting:
Brevo processes newsletter and marketing-contact information to provide email-marketing services on our behalf.
Cloudflare processes information associated with Turnstile and related security functionality.
Payment providers may independently process information for payment-network, security, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes under their own privacy terms.
Shipping and fulfillment providers receive information necessary to process and deliver applicable orders.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests or legal proceedings, investigate misuse, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.
We do not publish private study materials merely because a user uploads them to NursMind.
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers rather than directly by NursMind.
Payment providers may process payment credentials and related information under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
NursMind may receive transaction information such as payment status, transaction identifiers, amounts, plan or product information, billing status, refunds, disputes, and related records needed to administer purchases.
NursMind may introduce advertising and additional analytics or measurement technologies in the future.
We do not treat this Privacy Policy as advance consent to undisclosed advertising, personalized advertising, audience uploads, or optional tracking.
Before materially different advertising or tracking practices are activated, we will update applicable disclosures and provide privacy choices or obtain consent where required by law.
Newsletter consent does not itself authorize personalized advertising or unrelated tracking.
