These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NursMind ABT website, educational application, software subscriptions, and physical-product storefront operated by NursMind™ LLC, whose registered legal entity name is NursMind LLC (“Company,” “NursMind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
“Services” means our website and educational software. “Subscription” means paid software access. “Merchandise” means physical products sold through our storefront.
Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices. Additional policies, notices, product terms, and disclosures may apply to particular Services, Subscriptions, Merchandise, or features. Where a specific policy governs a particular subject, that policy controls with respect to that subject, subject to applicable law.
You agree to these Terms when you expressly accept them during registration, checkout, purchase, or another agreement process.
You must be legally capable of entering into the applicable agreement. Additional eligibility, age, student-status, institutional, or authorization requirements may apply to particular Services or transactions.
Student status does not by itself establish legal adulthood or contractual capacity. Institutional access may be governed by a separate written agreement.
You must provide accurate information and protect your account credentials.
You may not share an individual account to circumvent Subscription restrictions, impersonate another person, provide false account information, or permit unauthorized access to your account.
Report suspected unauthorized access promptly to info@nursmind.org.
Responsibility for unauthorized account activity remains subject to applicable law.
NursMind ABT provides nursing-study, educational, productivity, and organizational tools.
Released features may include NursHome, NursMind, NursNotes, NursKnows, NursSources, NursPlan, NursBadge, and other features identified as available through the Services.
A Subscription’s disclosed capabilities, storage, AI usage, limits, and other allowances determine the features available through that Subscription. Access to a page or module does not necessarily include every capability within that module.
Features described as beta, preview, experimental, planned, early access, or coming soon may change, be delayed, or be discontinued. An unreleased feature is not a purchased benefit unless expressly identified as included and available when purchased.
NursMind ABT is intended to support education, studying, organization, and practice.
The Services do not provide professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency guidance, or patient-specific clinical decision support.
Do not use NursMind to determine care for an actual patient or to select, prepare, administer, modify, or adjust medication or treatment.
Educational calculations, formulas, units, conversions, decimal placement, rounding, medication information, laboratory information, procedures, and other clinical concepts should be independently verified against appropriate course materials, institutional policies, authoritative references, and licensed professionals where applicable.
Scores, mastery estimates, badges, recommendations, or other educational measures do not establish clinical competence, professional certification, licensure, or guaranteed examination or academic performance.
NursMind includes artificial-intelligence-powered functionality.
AI-generated material may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, misleading, unsupported, or inappropriate for a particular context. AI systems may misunderstand a request, omit important information, generate inaccurate calculations, or produce references or citations that do not exist or do not support the stated information.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs and independently verifying information when appropriate.
You must comply with your school, instructor, employer, clinical site, or other institution’s rules regarding artificial intelligence, academic integrity, assignments, examinations, and permitted assistance.
AI outputs may not be unique. We do not guarantee that any output qualifies for copyright protection or is free from third-party rights.
As between you and NursMind, you retain rights that you lawfully hold in your inputs and receive any rights in outputs that NursMind is legally entitled to provide. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of NursMind software, branding, proprietary content, or third-party intellectual property.
NursExperience costs $0 and lasts 7 consecutive days.
NursExperience provides access to the released premium NursMind experience, subject to disclosed usage, storage, feature, and technical allowances.
NursExperience:
If you do not affirmatively select and purchase a paid Subscription when the trial ends, premium trial access expires.
You do not need to cancel NursExperience to prevent a trial charge because the trial does not automatically convert into a paid Subscription.
To continue with paid access, you must affirmatively select and purchase an available paid Subscription.
Current monthly Subscription prices are:
NursBuild — $15/month
NursCreate — $30/month
NursPersonal — $60/month
NursConnect — $99/month
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise disclosed. Applicable taxes and the total amount payable will be disclosed before purchase where required.
Before purchase, NursMind will disclose the selected Subscription’s available capabilities, allowances, billing interval, payment terms, and applicable renewal terms.
A paid Subscription that automatically renews does so only with your authorization and continues at the disclosed billing interval until canceled.
Starting NursExperience does not authorize a paid renewal.
You may cancel a paid Subscription using the cancellation method made available for the applicable purchase channel. Subscriptions purchased or managed through an application marketplace or other third-party platform may need to be canceled through that provider.
Cancellation stops future renewal.
Unless a refund or applicable law requires otherwise, paid access continues through the period already paid for. Uninstalling an application does not cancel a Subscription.
All Subscription payments are non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law.
NursMind™ LLC may, in its sole discretion, issue a refund, partial refund, or account credit on a case-by-case basis.
Duplicate charges, billing errors, and unauthorized transactions will be reviewed individually.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable right or remedy available under applicable law.
This Subscription refund provision does not govern Merchandise purchases.
Billing information and applicable payment terms will be presented through the relevant checkout, billing, application marketplace, or account interface.
NursMind may establish usage, storage, AI, upload, notebook, feature, or other allowances for particular Subscription plans. Applicable limits will be disclosed through pricing information, the Services, or other applicable plan materials.
Before a plan change takes effect, applicable charges, credits, effective dates, and material changes to capabilities or allowances will be disclosed where required.
Prices may change prospectively with appropriate notice and subject to applicable law. A price change will not retroactively increase a completed charge.
Product listings and checkout may disclose Merchandise specifications, prices, shipping charges, taxes, availability, and applicable restrictions.
An order acknowledgment confirms that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or shipped.
We may reject or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, subject to applicable law.
We will not increase the price of an already accepted order without your agreement.
If NursMind cannot fulfill an order after collecting payment, we will provide any notice, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law.
Separate shipping, return, exchange, cancellation, damaged-item, lost-package, and Merchandise policies may apply and will be disclosed through the storefront or applicable policy.
NursMind offers voluntary email subscriptions for NursMind™ news, educational content, app and feature updates, product announcements, promotions, special offers, and related communications.
NursMind currently uses Brevo to manage newsletter subscriptions and marketing email delivery.
Our newsletter signup process uses double opt-in.
Submitting a newsletter signup form begins the confirmation process. You become subscribed only after affirmatively confirming your email address through the confirmation process.
An unconfirmed signup request does not authorize NursMind to treat that address as a confirmed marketing subscriber.
Creating an account, starting NursExperience, purchasing a Subscription or Merchandise, contacting NursMind, or providing billing or shipping information does not by itself establish marketing consent.
Marketing participation is optional and is separate from access to the underlying transaction or Service.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel your NursMind account, Subscription, Merchandise order, or necessary account, security, billing, support, legal, or transactional communications.
Newsletter consent does not by itself authorize unrelated advertising-audience use or other unrelated processing.
NursMind may display third-party advertisements or links to third-party websites, products, or services.
The presence of an advertisement or third-party link does not establish NursMind’s endorsement of the advertiser, product, service, or claim.
Transactions with independent third parties are governed by the terms and policies applicable to those third parties.
NursMind remains responsible for its own Merchandise, representations, and obligations as required by law.
You retain ownership of content that you lawfully own.
You grant NursMind a nonexclusive license to store, copy, process, transmit, format, and display your content as reasonably necessary to:
This may include necessary processing by authorized service providers.
This license does not authorize NursMind to publicly advertise using your private study content, sell your private study content, or use your private study content for unrelated purposes merely because you uploaded it to the Services.
The license ends as content is deleted, except to the extent continued processing is reasonably necessary for lawful retention, backup expiration, dispute resolution, security, or other legal obligations.
You may not:
Purchasing a textbook, receiving course access, or otherwise obtaining access to material does not automatically authorize uploading or processing that material through artificial intelligence or other NursMind features.
NursMind respects intellectual-property rights.
We may remove or restrict access to material in response to valid copyright complaints and may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Unverified allegations do not automatically establish infringement.
The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, outages, third-party failures, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Beta, experimental, preview, or early-access functionality may contain errors and may be modified or discontinued.
Where supported, you should maintain independent copies of important work.
NursMind does not guarantee recovery of every lost file or a particular backup schedule unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Expiration or cancellation of access does not by itself establish a personal-information retention or deletion deadline.
NursMind may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, nonpayment, fraud, abuse, security concerns, unlawful activity, or legal requirements.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.
Termination does not eliminate obligations involving paid but unshipped Merchandise, legally required refunds, privacy requests, outstanding disputes, or other rights or obligations that survive termination.
Cancellation of a Subscription and deletion of an account are separate actions and may have different consequences.
NursMind™ LLC and its licensors retain their rights in the Services, software, designs, interfaces, branding, logos, original content, and other intellectual property.
Third-party content and software remain subject to applicable third-party rights and licenses.
NursMind™ and associated branding are used as brand identifiers. The ™ symbol identifies a trademark claim and does not represent federal trademark registration.
The registered legal entity name is NursMind LLC.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of NursMind intellectual property except for the limited rights necessary to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the educational software and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
NursMind does not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for every educational purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NursMind disclaims implied warranties applicable to the educational software, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
These provisions do not waive warranties, remedies, consumer protections, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
These Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, except to the extent applicable federal law or mandatory law requires otherwise.
This governing-law provision does not deprive a consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be waived under otherwise applicable law and does not displace mandatory privacy, accessibility, consumer-protection, product-safety, or other legal obligations that apply in another jurisdiction.
No mandatory arbitration agreement or class-action waiver is established by these Terms.
NursMind may update these Terms from time to time.
When required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes and obtain renewed agreement where required.
Changes will not retroactively alter an existing dispute without a lawful basis or agreement.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms identifies the most recent version.
